We are delighted to provide our VIP Suite Guide to assist you in planning your food and beverage needs. Our Executive Chef and culinary team take great pride in creating exception cuisine for your enjoyment. From the “Lobo Snacks” to “Sweet Tastes of Victory” Desserts, our menu is fashioned to please every taste.

Suite Administrator

It is important that each suite has a designated official contact for the suite. This Suite Administrator should be responsible for all communications the suite guests and coowners.

This person will be contacted regularly by our Catering Manager regarding special events and menus.

The Suite Administrator will be responsible for placing all food and beverage orders.

Orders for food and beverage services placed by anyone else other than the designated Suite Administrator will not be honored unless authorized.

Placing Your Order

We have created a fantastic variety of menu offerings for your planning convenience, with the freshest products and detailed preparation. We ask for advance ordering to achieve the finest in presentation, service and quality for you and your guests.

All food menu items are based on 14 people.

Suite orders can be placed at any time by faxing your suite order to 505/925-5942 or emailing to patryka.chaves@sodexo.com.

All orders must be placed by 4:00 pm, at least 3 business days prior to the event date to ensure the availability of your order.

Should circumstances prohibit you from placing your order according to the required timeframe, we will offer a Game Day Menu. Please refer to the Game Day Menu section of your VIP Sky Box Suite Guide.

New Mexico State Sales Tax of 6.75%, when applicable, and an 18% Service Fee will be added to all orders.

Food & Beverage Delivery and Service

In order to please you and your guests, we will offer two delivery options for your order. Your food selections can either be delivered at the opening of gates, at kick-off or at half-time/intermission of the game or event. All beverages will be available upon your arrival in your Sky Suite.

We will provide high quality disposable ware for you to enjoy your menu selections. If you would like us to arrange for china, glass, linen and silverware to be available in your suite, please contact our Catering Manager, Patryka Chaves at 505/925-5920 to make arrangements. We request a minimum of five business days notice to provide this upgrade in service or a season commitment. The cost for the glassware upgrade is $56.00. The linen upgrade is $42.00 and the silverware and china upgrade $98.00 (for 14 guests).

A trained Suite Attendant will service your suite. This attendant will ensure your food order is to your satisfaction, assist with Game Day Orders, answer any food and beverage questions and handle any special requests you may have on game day. Your Suite Attendant is allowed to accept a cash gratuity directly from you or you can add a gratuity to your master bill, if you are pleased with the service.

Should you prefer a dedicated attendant who will focus only on your suite, we will arrange for this. We ask for a minimum of five business days notice to provide this special service. The cost of a dedicated attendant is $80.00 per event.

Cancellations

In the event that you must cancel your order, please notify our Catering Manager immediately.

No charges will be assessed if your order is cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the opening of the gates.

Special orders and other special arrangements require five business days notice to be cancelled without charge.

Payment Procedures

Full payment of all charges is due at the end of each event.

Payment options include cash, check (made payable to Sodexo), or credit card. We are pleased to accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

A 6.75% New Mexico State Sales Tax, when applicable and a Service Fee of 18% will be added to all food and beverage orders. You may add a gratuity for your Suite Attendant if you feel the service warrants it.

Should you choose to keep a credit card on file for your suite charges, a Credit Card Authorization Form must be completed and returned to Sodexo.

Suite holders are responsible for all food and beverage charges incurred in their suites.

All food and beverage items in the suites at University Stadium and University Arena are handled exclusively by Sodexo Sports and Leisure Services.

It is not permissible for guests to bring in or remove food and beverage into the suites without prior authorization.
