Full payment of all charges is due at the end of each event.
Payment options include cash, check (made payable to
Sodexo), or credit card. We are pleased to accept VISA,
MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
A 6.75% New Mexico State Sales Tax, when applicable and a
Service Fee of 18% will be added to all food and beverage
orders. You may add a gratuity for your Suite Attendant if
you feel the service warrants it.
Should you choose to keep a credit card on file for your
suite charges, a Credit Card Authorization Form must be
completed and returned to Sodexo.
Suite holders are responsible for all food and beverage
charges incurred in their suites.
All food and beverage items in the suites at University
Stadium and University Arena are handled exclusively by
Sodexo Sports and Leisure Services.
It is not permissible for guests to bring in or remove food
and beverage into the suites without prior authorization.
Should special circumstances arise, please contact our
Catering Manager at 505/925-9020, five days prior to the
game.
