Ordering Information

Sodexo is proud to offer fine catering services for UNM Football.

All of our menu selections require fresh products and extensive preparation; therefore, advance ordering is necessary for all non-game day menu items to achieve the best service, presentation, and quality for all guests.

Placing Your Order

All food and beverage orders must be placed by calling 505-925-1576, or via the Internet at www.performancegourmet.com. Unfortunately, any order received after the order deadline cannot be guaranteed. Every attempt will be made by
our staff to accommodate your needs. If we are unable to fulfill a late order, please check out our Game Day menu which is available online, by email to patryka.chaves@sodexo.com, or upon request, and also in your suite. You may
place an order from the game day menu prior to game day or on game day from your suite by simply ordering through your Suite Attendant. Standing orders may be established by simply contacting our suites administer to make appropriate
arrangements.

No Food or Beverages can be removed from the suite at the end of the game due to health and safety concerns.

ORDERING DEADLINE WILL BE AT NOON, THREE DAYS PRIOR TO THE GAME.

All special requests need to be ordered through our Catering Manager, Patryka Chaves, at least 10 days prior to the day of the game. We are delighted to provide this special service for our suite holders.

Event Day Items

On game day, you will find a game day menu located in your suite. To order during the game, please speak to your suite attendant. All food or beverage ordered during an event, by the designated host, or suite holder will require payment by
credit card or cash at the end of the event. Credit card information can be taken in advance and kept on file for future events.

Cancellations

You may cancel your suite food and beverage orders without charge by contacting the Sodexo Catering Manager at least two business days before the Game. Orders cancelled less than 2 business days will be subject to full charges. Special orders cannot be cancelled without charges.

Billing

All suite services are subject to sales tax of 7.00% and an 18% Support charge. Payment options include cash and credit card on event day. Credit cards accepted include: MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. If you feel that your Suite Server has provided you with excellent service, any gratuity you may wish to offer would be sincerely appreciated. Your gratuity can be given directly to them in cash or you may add it to your bill. Suite holders are responsible for all food and beverage charges incurred in their suites.
