All suite services are subject to sales tax and an 18% administrative service charge. Payment options include cash, credit card or check on event day.
Credit cards accepted include MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. Credit card receipts will be mailed with billing summaries to all Suite Holders unless previously arranged.
Direct billing is available only to the designated Suite Administrator and must be pre-approved by Sodexho. Suites using direct billing as a payment option will receive weekly invoices by mail. All direct bill payments are due within seven (7) days. Charges outstanding over fourteen (14) days will be subject to a finance charge of 1.5% per month as outlined on the invoices. Invoices that become delinquent will have services suspended until the account is current.
Suite Holders will be held responsible for all food and beverage charges incurred in their suites. |
