Sodexho is proud to offer fine catering services for Mackay Stadium. All of our menu selections require fresh products and extensive preparation. Advance ordering is necessary to achieve the best service, presentation, and quality for all guests. In order to guarantee our service, orders must be placed according to the following schedule:

All orders may be placed by web order, fax or phone. All suite services are subject to sales tax and an 18% administrative service charge. Any order received after the order deadline cannot be guaranteed and will be subject to an additional $75.00 administrative fee.

Standing orders may be established by sending in an order form with your selections. We will deliver the same items to your suite for every event. Simply write “Standing” at the top of your order form.

Should circumstances prohibit placement of your order according to the previous deadlines, there is a selection of menu items available to you. On game day, you will find a menu containing these items located in your suite. To order during the event, please speak with your suite attendant.

All food, beverage and special requests made on event day or during an event, will require payment by credit card or cash/check upon delivery. These requests will require a $75.00 administrative fee (Mentioned above, for orders that do not meet our deadlines.) and a $25.00 service fee added to the bill. Credit card information can be taken in advance and kept on file for future events.

As a convenience, you may wish to maintain a minimum amount of beverages in your suite refrigerator. Once your par levels are set, they will be replenished before every event to your request level. To set a par stock level, email or fax the beverage order form and indicate that it is a par order

You may cancel your suite food and beverage orders without charge by contacting the Sodexho suite manager at least 48 hours before the event day. Orders cancelled with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to full charges. Special orders cannot be cancelled without charge.

Food and beverage orders are delivered to your suite at a time designated by the suite administrator. You can elect to have your delivery made at pre-game, kick-off, or half-time. This will ensure that the items you have requested are available when you arrive.

A suite attendant will service your suite. This attendant will ensure your food order is complete.

Should you require a dedicated server who will assist only your suite, one may be requested. We do require a minimum of seven days notice. The cost of a dedicated server is $100.00 per event.

It is the responsibility of the suite holder to ensure that no minors or intoxicated persons consume alcoholic beverages in their suite

All suite services are subject to sales tax and an 18% administrative service charge. Payment options include cash, credit card or check on event day.

Credit cards accepted include MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. Credit card receipts will be mailed with billing summaries to all Suite Holders unless previously arranged.

Direct billing is available only to the designated Suite Administrator and must be pre-approved by Sodexho. Suites using direct billing as a payment option will receive weekly invoices by mail. All direct bill payments are due within seven (7) days. Charges outstanding over fourteen (14) days will be subject to a finance charge of 1.5% per month as outlined on the invoices. Invoices that become delinquent will have services suspended until the account is current.

Suite Holders will be held responsible for all food and beverage charges incurred in their suites.
