It is important that each suite designate an official contact for their suite. This Suite Administrator should be responsible for all communications to suite guests and co-owners.

This person will be contaced regularly by our Director of Catering regarding special events and menus.

The Suite Administrator will be responsible for placement of food and beverage orders.

Orders for food and beverage services placed by anyone other than th designated Suite Administrator will not be honored.

We have created a fantastic variety of menu offerings for your planning convenience, with the freshest products and detailed preparation. We ask for advance ordering to achieve the finest in presentation, service, and quality for you and your guests.

Suite orders can be placed at any time by faxing your suite order form to 214.705.8801, or via this website.

All orders must be placed by 4:00 p.m., at least (3) business days prior to the event date to ensure the availability of your order.

Should circumstances prohibit placement of your order according to the stated timeframe, we will offer an Event Day Menu. Please refer to the Event Day Menu section of your Luxury Suite Guide for details.

Texas sales tax of 8.25% and an 18% service fee will be added to all orders.

As a convenience, you may wish to maintain a minimum amount of beverages in your suite refrigerator.

you can make arrangements for a par stock by completing a Beverage Order Form, indicating your par preference. Once your par levels are set, they will be replenished prior to each event.

The Suite Administrator may make changes at any time by simply providing a new or revised form.

Pizza Hut Park and Sodexho Sports & Leisure are dedicated to providing an atmosphere that promotes enjoyment and safety for all guests.

To maintain compliance with rules and regulations set forth by the City of Frisco and the State of Texas, we ask that you adhere to the following guidelines:

1. Sodexho, Inc. is the only licensed permit holder authorized to possess, sell, deliver, or serve any alcoholic beverages at the Pizza Hut Park.
2. Alcoholic beverages may only be obtained from Sodexho, Inc. and may not be brought in or removed from the premises.
3. Any items found on the premises not supplied by Sodexho, Inc. will be confiscated and destroyed.
4. It is unlawful to serve alcoholic beverages to a minor (those under the age of 21) or an intoxicated person.
5. It is the responsibility of the Suite Holder or their representative to monitor and control alcohol consumption within the suite.
6. Sodexho, Inc. and Pizza Hut Park reserve the right to check for proper identification and refuse or terminate service at any time.

In order to please you and your guests, we will offer (2) delivery options for your convenience. Your food selections can be delivered either (45) minutes prior to the event or at the start of the event. All beverages will be available upon arrival to your suite.

We will provide high quality disposable ware for you and your guests to enjoy your menu selections. If you would like us to arrange for china and silverware to be available in your suite, please contact our Catering Office, 214.705.8800, to make arrangements. We ask for a minimum (7) day notice to provide this amenity. The cost for service of (16) guests is $300.00.

A trained suite attendant will service your suite. This attendant will ensure your food order is to your satisfaction, assist with Event Day orders, any food and beverage questions, and special requests you may have.

Should you prefer a dedicated attendant who will focus only on your suite, we can easily arrange this. We ask for a minimum (7) business day notice to provide this special service. The cost of a dedicated attendant is $80.00 per event.

In the event that you must cancel your order, please notify our Director of Catering immediately.

No charges will be assessed if your order is cancelled at least (24) hours prior to the opening of the event doors.

Special orders such as celebratory cakes, wines, and any other arrangements cannot be cancelled without charge.

Each suite is expected to settle event charges at the conclusion of each event date.

Payment options include cash or credit card. We will gladly accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.

8.25% Texas sales tax and a service fee of 18% will be added to all food and beverage orders.

Should you choose to keep a credit card on file for your suite charges, each suite holder must complete a Credit Card Authorization Form.

Suite holders are responsible for all food and beverage charges incurred in their suites.

All food and beverage items in the suites at Pizza Hut Park are handled exclusively by Sodexho Sports & Leisure Services.

It is not permissible for guests to bring food and beverage into the suites without prior authorization.
